Olds Brothers Racing was established in the late summer of 2004 when Dan and Doug Olds purchased a mid-1980's Monte Carlo from Hoosick Falls, NY. Dan and Doug, along with older brother David, grew up around Lebanon Valley Speedway in New Lebanon, NY. Our father raced in the street stocks in 1990 and we were all involved with supporting many other "hometown heroes" at the racetrack. The first racing experience was in 1997. Dan and Doug along with Dave Sr. (Dad) spent the late summer building a 1980's Olds Cutlass cannonball car. Dan debuted the car on a cool Saturday night in October. Things went well until he hit the wall in the 3rd/4th turn and then got "t-boned" in the driver's side door. He finished the race, but the car took a turn for the worst with a bent frame. Dan then started college and then we both started families. After Dan finished his schooling, things were set for a racing comeback - hence Olds Brothers Racing Team was born. About Dan
